The stresses and strains of our everyday life can cause us to get angry and frustrated. That's only natural. But what happens if your anger bubbles over into uncontrollable rage?

If you find that you lose your temper and are unable to control what comes out of your mouth, or, worse still, find that you become violent, then you need some help with anger management.

Starting with simple breathing techniques can be really helpful. Learning to walk away until you have yourself under control is often the first thing to do.
